Pets: The pet fee is $75 for the entire stay (this is for additional cleaning). A maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please pick up any dog waste.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. A Tesla Electric Vehicle Charger with a universal J1772 plug is available and free of cost.

The house is a great option for large groups. We had 8 people. We had plenty of space when we wanted to be together, in smaller groups or alone. The pool was great, especially the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Community is conveniently located, very clean and peaceful. I’d definitely return to this area.
The parking/entry process was a bit confusing, so ask the host for detailed instructions before your stay. I wasn’t sure if I was charged twice for a third car, and I couldn’t figure out if the first two cars could get the pass that allows for easy entry. I didn’t want to bother with logistics, so I didn’t ask the host for the information during the stay (I wanted to relax), so no fault of theirs.
Overall, the house was clean. Some of the bathrooms could use a deep clean, and some of the towels/linens could stand to be refreshed.
None of the suggestions for improvement are deal breakers, this is a great rental!
